To serve all our clients in the most diverse areas of law, aiming to achieve their objectives, with creativity, security and efficiency.
The Company
Created in 1998 by partners Francisco Antônio Camargo Rodrigues de Souza, Antônio Daniel Cunha Rodrigues de Souza and Denise Fonseca Rodrigues de Souza, the Rodrigues de Souza Lawyers & Associates Law Firm was founded with the aim of providing specialized legal services based on ethics and excellence.
The years passed, new businesses emerged, and some partners decided to venture into other areas.
However, Partner Francisco Antônio Camargo Rodrigues de Souza, with his expertise in Business and Economic Law (MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV), began implementing a revolutionary office management process, seeking to use techniques more focused on personalized service, as well as the use of technological resources aiming, in addition to efficiency and cost-effectiveness, greater speed and transparency.
Thus, given the expansion of the client portfolio and the need to update the services provided, Partner Francisco Camargo, through a rebranding process, chose to change the firm's “brand” with the main objective of aligning its brand with the current services provided by the Firm, always attentive to evolution.
With this rebranding process, the Firm is now called Francisco Camargo Advogados & Associados, maintaining the ethics and excellence of services, but demonstrating the clear intention to significantly advance in the continuous improvement of the services provided, based on ethical and moral principles, as well as the teachings of God.
Francisco Camargo Advogados & Associados, following the example of its founders, will ensure exceptional service in its commitment to protecting fundamental rights and republican values.
It is worth noting that the firm provides legal advice and consultancy in various areas of law and the firm's profile allows it to serve national and international clients operating in various sectors of the economy.
The firm has a predominant presence in the Superior Courts in the following areas: Business Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, Real Estate Law, Administrative Law, Public Tenders, Civil Law, Consumer Law, Family and Inventory Law, Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration, Privatization, Intellectual and Industrial Property, Institutional Relations, Information Technology/Internet and others.
