Credit Recovery.
Credit recovery is a process focused on reestablishing a positive credit history for consumers who, for some reason, were unable to pay off their debts and consequently had their credit rating negatively impacted. Through credit recovery, this debt will be negotiated, recovering the amount owed and settling outstanding debts.

The collection system aims to pressure the debtor to settle a specific debt. Therefore, the approach and other phases of the process are based on a collection cycle and rules, which determine the conditions the negotiator will offer the consumer to regularize the situation. Typically, collection actions are judicially motivated and serve as a last-ditch attempt to settle the debt before the amount is legally protested.

In addition to reducing costs, increasing revenue and productivity, outsourcing asset recovery frees up physical space, reduces the risks involved in hiring staff, and significantly increases the chances of actually recovering the amount owed. This is because a company specializing in credit recovery has information on the client's profile and history in its database and uses the right strategies and tools for a responsive approach. For the debtor, the major advantage is the special conditions for credit recovery, personalized service, and secure monitoring throughout the entire process until the problem is resolved. It's also important to remember that credit recovery directly benefits the financial system as a whole, since by removing the consumer's credit restriction, they can re-establish their credit, expanding their target audience across various business sectors.
